Our 3710 powder is a Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum, Aluminum powder made by a proprietary process. It is a self bonding one-step material and bonds to clean metal surfaces without the necessity of a separate bondcoat. It produces hard, high wear resistant type coatings which withstand corrosion and oxidation.
“One Step” powders are specially manufactured to combine a bonding mechanism into each powder particle.
– Proprietary “One Step” design eliminates the need for bond coat application.
– Balanced particle distribution maximizes spray efficiency and minimizes fuming.

Application: Bearing journals, cylinder liners, pump seals, worn out machine parts.
3710 powder coatings are finished by grinding with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide wheels only. Wet grinding is recommended.
